AMEND, by changing the words and figures "Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,300,000.00)" on line 17 to "Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00)".
FURTHER AMEND by changing the words and figures "Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00)" on lines 37 through 38 to "Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00)".
FURTHER AMEND by inserting the following after the period on line 44:
Provided, however, that not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per county from the monies distributed under this chapter shall be made available by the Mississippi Department of Insurance exclusively for the purchase, operation, upkeep and training of personnel necessary for the operation of defibrillators by the volunteer fire departments in the State of Mississippi.
FURTHER AMEND THE TITLE BY INSERTING THE FOLLOWING AFTER THE SEMICOLON ON LINE 5:
TO AUTHORIZE A CERTAIN PORTION OF SUCH FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND OPERATION OF DEFIBRILLATORS BY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS;
